RULES OF MEDIATION

The Mediation Rules of the Middle Commercial Arbitration Centre (hereinafter referred to as “the Mediation Rules”) shall apply to resolve disputes by mediation at the Middle Commercial Arbitration Centre.

SCHEDULE OF MEDIATION COSTS

Mediation costs (excluding mediation registration fee) are calculated on the basis that the value of the dispute is the total value of all requests by the parties.

MODEL MEDIATION CLAUSE

For the purpose of ensuring that the agreement clearly expresses the will of the parties to choose to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with the contract by mediation at the Middle Commercial Arbitration Center (MCAC), MCAC recommends that Parties use one of the following model mediation clauses:

The Mediators of the Middle Commercial Arbitration Center (Center) commit to adhere the following professional ethics rules:

DECREE ON COMMERCIAL MEDIATION

This Decree prescribes the scope, principles, order and procedures for dispute resolution by commercial mediation, commercial mediators, commercial mediation institutions, Vietnam-based foreign commercial mediation institutions, and state management of commercial mediation activities.
