Education & Expertise

Lawyer, Arbitrator Kieu Anh Vu graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Commercial law) in 2011 and Master of Law (LL.M), major in Economic Law, in 2017 from the University of Law Ho Chi Minh City.

He specializes in consulting investment, projects, real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contracts, enterprises. He is also involved in resolving many disputes in the fields of corporate law, investment, commercial business, etc, and intellectual property.

Kieu Anh Vu, Esq. has been consulting for a lot of domestic and foreign clients, big corporations and muti-national corporations, including: Tetra Pak, Breentag, R-PAC, Getz Pharma, Lotte Mart, Foody, Ben Thanh Tourist, Vicem Hà Tiên, Hòa Bình House, Khang Điền, etc.

In addition, Kieu Anh Vu, Esq. resolved a lots of disputes on trade and business as an arbitrator, presiding arbitrator or a counsel, an authorized representative of a party at arbitration centres and courts with all levels.

Up to March 2022, Lawyer, Arbitrator Kieu Anh Vu resolved 05 international arbitration cases (as a counsel, an authorized representative of a partyfor  04 cases and as an arbitrator for 01 case); 150 domestic arbitration cases (as presiding arbitrator for 42 cases; as a co-arbitrator for 99 cases and as a counsel for 09 cases); 02 cases on setting aside arbitral awards; 03 cases for enforcement of arbitral awards. There was 01 case that the dispute value was USD3,000,000; there were 02 cases that the dispute value was more than USD2,500,000 for each case.
