Education

Lawyer Nguyen Doan Hong graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from College of Law - Hue University. After that, he obtained a Master of Laws from Hanoi National University 

He specializes in consulting investment, projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), labors, enterprises. He is also involved in resolving many disputes in the fields of commercial business, civil, marine, insurance, construction, etc.

Professional activities

Before establishing Danang International Law Firm, Mr. Hong worked at People’s Court of Ha Tinh Province. Then, in 2004, Mr. Hong was invited to consultant and legal assistance at Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company. In this working process, Mr. Hong was believed and commissioned to do different work such as procedures related to enterprises, investment projects, and drafting commercial great value contract.

In 2007, Mr. Hong took part in a professional staff of Phuoc & Partners (P&P) which is one of the leading Law Firms in Viet Nam. More than 8 years working, Mr. Hong was handle for client’s activities of  P&P at Da Nang City and Middle of Viet Nam.

Mr. Hong has attended presentations at many seminars on new legal regulations, annual workshops on labor and workshops for debt recovery in Vietnam. Mr. Hong has also published many articles in newspapers such as Dat Viet Newspaper, Social Law, Life Law,… on trade issues, land, and litigation. Mr. Hong was voted one of five lawyers best in Danang City, Vietnam By Brand, Top one Newpapers, etc.

Besides professional lawyer, Mr. Hong has participated in teaching at University and College in Da Nang City. At present, Mr. Hong is appointed by the Judicial Ministry of Vietnam as Auctioneer, Administrator, and Arbitrator of South International Arbitration Central.

Experiences in legal consultancy and litigation

Mr. Hong has been highly evaluated for the comprehensive role as a lawyer of the first instance as well as the appeals in civil, commercial, marine, insurance, and construction cases. In the process of litigations, Mr. Hong has been responsibly handled for many major lawsuits such as recovering debts of more than 3 million US Dollars for Monsanto Company, recovering debts of 10 billion US Dollars for Basf Chemicals Vietnam Co., Ltd, recovery debts for Dinco Joint Stock Company, YKK Vietnam Co., Ltd, Intertek Vietnam Co., Ltd, CNA - HTE Vietnam Co., Ltd, Hoa Tho Textile Company, etc. 

Not only does he handle litigation cases but Mr. Hong also advised more clients on all other legal matters about employment and labor, maritime and maritime transport, security insurance, civil, marriage, family, and other commercial matters.
