Education

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Chau graduated from Military School of Military Region 7 in 1982.

In 1996, he graduated with a bachelor of economics from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.

From 2011 to 2013, he studied and graduated with MBA class C0411 - Andrews University - Griggs University (USA) - a joint training program with the Center for Training Technology and Employment System of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

Up to now, he has been granted a price appraiser card by the Ministry of Finance and an auctioneer card by the Department of Justice.

He specializes in the real estate market, valuation/appraisal, investment, and real estate business, etc.

Professional activities

After graduating from Military School of Military Region 7, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Chau was assigned to hold civil servant positions at the Military Court of Military Zone 7.

From 2002 until now, he was discharged from the army and became an entrepreneur in the valuation industry in Vietnam.

He used to hold the position of Assistant Director cum Head of Valuation Operations Department at the Southern Valuation Center (SIVC) under the Government Pricing Department and Deputy General Director of Vietnam Appraisal - Appraisal Joint Stock Company (VIVACO).

From 2006 to 2007, he was a founding member of Asia Real Estate Valuation One-Member Company Limited (AREV) - under Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank and held the position of General Director.

From 2007 to 2008, he was a founding member of Vietvalue Valuation Company, Managing Director of the Milky Way Control J.S Company (Micontrol), Director of Golden Peak Property Auction Company (AuctionGold).

From 2008 to now, he is a founding member of E XIM-Appraisal One Member Company Limited (EXIMA), now changed to EXIMA Appraisal Corporation - holding the position of General Director of EXIMA company. He is also a Chairman of the Board of members at the MeKong Auction Company.

In addition, he has also participated in guest lectures at many universities such as University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City Open University, Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, University of Finance - Marketing.

Besides, he also teaches at academies and companies licensed by the Ministry of Construction to train certificates of brokerage practice, real estate valuation, and real estate trading floor operations: IFA Economic Institute (Private Institute), Dreamhouse Investment Joint Stock Company.
