Education
Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga graduated with a Bachelor of Economic Law from Hanoi Law University in 1995.
In 2003, she obtained a Master of Business Law at Hanoi Law University.
In 2009, she obtained a Doctor of philosophy in Economic Law at the Institute of State and Law. In 2015, she was promoted to Associate Professor according to Decision No. 248/PGS dated October 26, 2015 of the State Council for Professor Title.
She specializes in Land Law Teaching and Consulting; Consulting and resolving disputes about land, real estate business.
Professional activities
Graduating from Hanoi Law University, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga has been working as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economic Law, Hanoi Law University since 1996.
From 2014 until the present, she is the Head of the Department of Land Law, Faculty of Economic Law, Hanoi Law University.
During her professional career, she also participated in researching, compiling, publishing books, textbooks, and scientific articles on law.
Experiences in legal consultancy and litigation
Along with her research and teaching process, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga also has the orientation to participate in legal advice for domestic and foreign enterprises, economic groups, individuals in real estate investment and business activities; protect the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals in disputes and complaints in the field of real estate.
