Experiences in legal consultancy and litigation

Tuyen has 20-year of experience in legal advice, registration, protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in Vietnam. While he was working as a Manager of IP Practice at a local leading Law Firm and IP Agent, Mr. Tuyen had given legal advice to and acted as representative for lots of foreign and local companies in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in Vietnam. Widely known as an expert in complex IPR enforcement cases, Mr. Tuyen has successfully assisted clients in taking raids against IPR infringers in the fields of sport equipment, cosmetics, energy drinks, spirits, and foodstuff as well as assisted clients in applying customs control measures on IPR in Vietnam.
