Experiences in legal consultancy and litigation

Besides the research and teaching process at universities and institutes, Mr. Pham Van Dam also regularly consults and participates in legal proceedings in many specialized fields of Law, Economic - Civil, Finance and Banking such as corporate legal, tax, dispute resolution in business, many different fields, bank credit.

In 1996, he was a lawyer representing the State Bank in the London Club on debt settlement during the Vietnam War.

Lawyer Pham Van Dam has nearly 30 years of experience in litigation in commercial business, banking and credit disputes as a lawyer. He is the representative for credit institutions (Banks) at all levels of court in disputes over credit contracts in the financial and banking sector.
