Lawyer To Quoc Vinh graduated with a Bachelor of Judicial Law from Hanoi Law University in 1998.
In 2007, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
He specializes in consulting and dispute resolution in the fields of civil law, corporate law, and commercial business.
Professional activities
Lawyer To Quoc Vinh was granted a law practice license by the Ministry of Justice in 2006, then he joined the Hanoi Bar Association.
He has experience in debt settlement at major domestic banks such as International Bank (VIB), Maritime Bank (SMB).
He founded Law Solutions Limited Liability Company (GPLAW) in 2008. Currently, he holds the position of Director of the Company.
