INFORMATION OF THE ARBITRATOR/MEDIATOR

Education

Lawyer Tran Quang Huy graduated with a Bachelor of International Law from Hanoi Law University in 1998 and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from Hanoi University of Foreign Languages ​​in 1999. 

Lawyer Tran Quang Huy also completed a course on Intellectual Property at Hanoi National University in 2005 and a course on dispute resolution in intellectual property rights in Japan in 2015. 

He specializes in consulting investment, projects, real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contracts, enterprises. He is also involved in resolving many disputes in the fields of corporate law, investment, commercial business, etc, and intellectual property.

Professional activities

Lawyer Tran Quang Huy was granted a law practice license by the Ministry of Justice in 2003 and joined the Hanoi Bar Association in the same year.

After working process at Unilever Vietnam, Coca Cola Vietnam, Investconsult Group,  he co-founded BROSS & Partners Law Limited Liability Company (BROSS & Partners) in 2008. 

Lawyer Tran Quang Huy often writes articles and gives interviews on television channels VTV1, VTV2, VTV3, VTC, Hanoi TV, congressional television, and Danang TV on important legal issues related to Enterprise Law, Investment Law and business activities of enterprises.

Currently, lawyer Tran Quang Huy is the Head of BROSS & Partners branch in Da Nang.

Experiences in legal consultancy and litigation 

Lawyer Tran Quang Huy has considerable experience in providing legal advice in investment, business, and intellectual property activities for many businesses operating in different fields, including large corporations in Vietnam and internationally.

In addition, the lawyer also participates in resolving commercial business disputes as a lawyer, representative for businesses at commercial arbitration centers or courts.
