Education

Mr. Vo Dinh Duc graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2006.

In 2014, he obtained a Master of Law in International Commercial Law at the University of Hertfordshire (United Kingdom).

In 2017, he was awarded a Certificate of Contribution by the World Justice Project.

He specializes in Corporate & Investment - Dispute Resolution – Real Estate & Construction - Startups and Public Consulting Development Projects.

Professional activities

Before establishing VDD Lawyers as a founder, Lawyer Vo Dinh Duc already had more than 10 years’ experience at Phuoc & Partners - one of the leading law firms in Vietnam.

At VDD Lawyers, Lawyer Vo Dinh Duc continues to develop his professional knowledge to provide even better legal advice on corporate law, mergers and acquisition, real estate projects, business, labour, civil litigation and issues related to start-ups and public consulting development projects.

Lawyer Vo Dinh Duc is currently a member of several associations and professional organisations such as the Small and Medium Enterprises Association, the Bar Association of Danang City and the Free Legal Advice for Community Group. Lawyer Vo Dinh Duc has also been invited as guest lecturer at VN-UK University, Duy Tan University and expert trainer for the Programmes of Enterprises Incubator, Dnes Incubator, Song Han Incubator and other enterprises, organizations. He is also formally recognised as a great contribution by the World Justice Project for the Report of World Justice Project Rule of Law Index 2016.

In addition, he also researched and published many press publications such as “Terminating labour contract when dissolving enterprises – Not a simple issue – Publlished in The Saigon Economic Times dated January 12, 2012”; “Investment promotion or providing - Publlished in The Saigon Economic Times dated March 13, 2014”, etc.
