MCAC HOLDS DISCUSSIONS WITH THE DA NANG YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS ASSOCIATION: SUPPORTING BUSINESSES’ ACCESS TO COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION

On August 18, 2026, a meeting between the Mien Trung Commercial Arbitration Center (MCAC) and the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association was held at MCAC’s headquarters.

Representing MCAC at the meeting was Mr. Trần Quang Huy, Attorney-at-Law and Chairman of MCAC. The Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association was represented by Mr. Ngô Tấn Nhị, Vice Chairman of the Association, together with other members of the Association.

Mr. Trần Quang Huy provided an overview of MCAC’s functions and activities, as well as the role of commercial arbitration in resolving disputes arising from business operations. With advantages such as flexibility, confidentiality and efficiency, commercial arbitration is a suitable dispute resolution method that enables businesses to take a more proactive approach to contract formation and performance, as well as to handling disputes that may arise.

Through the Da Nang Young Entrepreneurs Association, MCAC seeks to bring commercial arbitration closer to the business community and promote the dissemination of essential information, enabling businesses to better understand the characteristics, advantages and scope of application of this dispute resolution method.

In the coming period, MCAC looks forward to continuing its cooperation with the Association in helping businesses access and select appropriate dispute resolution methods, thereby contributing to the protection of their lawful rights and interests and fostering a stable and sustainable business environment.
