CHAIRMAN OF THE THE MIDDLE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION CENTER (MCAC) SHARES CONSTRUCTION DISPUTE RESOLUTION METHODS THROUGH COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION WITH SONG HAN CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATION

On May 12, 2026, Lawyer and Arbitrator Trần Quang Huy, Chairman of The Middle Commercial Arbitration Center (MCAC), participated as a speaker at an exchange program organized by the Song Han Construction Association — a network connecting enterprises operating in construction, architecture, interior design, design consultancy, and project management in Da Nang and the Central region of Vietnam.

Established in 2022, the Song Han Construction Association currently has more than 30 reputable member enterprises operating in Da Nang and various provinces in Central Vietnam, with the goal of strengthening connections, cooperation, and sustainable development within the local construction business community.

During the program, Mr. Trần Quang Huy shared practical legal issues commonly arising in construction and commercial activities, while also discussing commercial arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism — a method increasingly chosen by businesses for its flexibility, confidentiality, and efficiency in commercial operations.

Through this exchange session, MCAC hopes to continue strengthening connections and sharing with the business community, contributing to the enhancement of practical legal awareness and supporting enterprises in effectively applying dispute resolution methods in the modern business environment.
