MCAC’S ARBITRATORS PARTICIPATE IN THE VIETNAM FINANCIAL FORUM 2026 (VFF 2026)

10/07/2026

On 9 - 10 July 2026, the Vietnam Financial Forum 2026 (VFF 2026) was held at the Ariyana International Convention Centre in Da Nang, Vietnam. The event was attended by arbitrators of the Middle Commercial Arbitration Center (MCAC), including Arbitrator Kieu Anh Vu, Chairman of the Scientific Council and Head of MCAC's Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City; Dr. Le Thi Dung, Attorney-at-Law and Head of MCAC's Representative Office in Hanoi; and Arbitrator Ngo Quynh Anh, Attorney-at-Law and MCAC Arbitrator.

VFF 2026 is a premier national annual financial forum that brought together more than 350 policymakers, representatives of international financial institutions, leading strategic consulting firms, pioneering fintech companies, investment funds, and key stakeholders across the financial ecosystem. Positioned as a high-level, private sector-led dialogue platform, VFF 2026 focused on critical topics including capital market modernization, digital finance, financial infrastructure, sustainable investment, venture capital, and emerging technologies, contributing to the development of a modern, transparent, and globally integrated financial market in Vietnam.

Through participating in the forum, MCAC's arbitrators had the opportunity to stay abreast of the latest developments in the financial sector while strengthening professional connections and exchanging insights with policymakers, experts, financial institutions, and business communities from Vietnam and abroad.

As one of Vietnam's commercial arbitration institutions, MCAC provides arbitration services for a wide range of commercial disputes, including those arising in the fields of finance, banking, investment, insurance, securities, credit, fintech, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other commercial transactions. With a panel of experienced arbitrators comprising legal practitioners, academics, and industry experts, MCAC is committed to delivering a professional, flexible, confidential, and efficient dispute resolution mechanism that meets the evolving needs of businesses and investors.

As financial transactions become increasingly sophisticated and complex, incorporating an arbitration agreement at the contract drafting stage provides the parties with a clear legal framework for resolving future disputes. This proactive approach helps reduce time and costs while promoting certainty, stability, and security in commercial transactions.
