SEMINAR ON IDENTIFYING AND RESOLVING DISPUTES AMONG BUSINESSES IN THE NEW ERA

On June 26, 2026, the University of Economics – The University of Danang (DUE) hosted the scientific seminar entitled "Identifying and Resolving Business Disputes in the New Era" The event brought together a large number of scholars, lawyers, legal experts, business representatives, lecturers, and students. As a meaningful academic forum, the seminar provided participants with valuable opportunities to gain practical legal insights, broaden their professional perspectives, and engage in discussions with leading experts in the field of dispute resolution.

Representing The Middle Commercial Arbitration Center (MCAC), Mr. Le Cao, LL.M., Attorney-at-Law, Vice President of MCAC, participated in the seminar as a speaker. During the program, Mr. Le Cao joined other experts in discussing key issues arising in commercial and business dispute resolution. He also shared practical perspectives from arbitration practice on the growing trend of choosing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms instead of court litigation. These discussions highlighted the important role of commercial arbitration and commercial mediation in providing businesses with dispute resolution methods that are efficient, flexible, confidential, and responsive to the evolving needs of the business community.
