The Middle Commercial Arbitration Center (MCAC) is honored to become the Professional Sponsor of the 10th “Justice Battle” Competition in 2026, organized by the Community Legal Consulting and Teaching Team of the University of Economics and Law (CLE - UEL).
With a team of experienced Arbitrators, Lawyers, and legal experts, MCAC has consistently focused on accompanying academic activities, legal research, and legal skills training programs for students and the young legal community.

According to information from the Organizing Committee, the 2026 program will take place from May to June 2026, including Preliminary, Semi-final, and Final rounds, together with skill-training activities for participating contestants. This annual legal academic competition is designed for law students nationwide, aiming to create an environment for in-depth legal debate and research, particularly in the fields of commercial dispute resolution and commercial arbitration. Through the competition, students are provided with opportunities to develop critical thinking, legal reasoning, and practical advocacy skills.

As the Professional Sponsor, MCAC wishes to accompany the Organizing Committee in enhancing the academic quality of the program, thereby providing contestants with closer access to commercial arbitration dispute resolution mechanisms and practical legal professional skills.
On May 12, 2026, Lawyer and Arbitrator Trần Quang Huy, Chairman of The Middle Commercial Arbitration Center (MCAC), participated as a speaker at an exchange program organized by the Song Han Construction Association — a network connecting enterprises operating in construction, architecture, interior design, design consultancy, and project management in Da Nang and the Central region of Vietnam.
The Middle Commercial Arbitration Center (MCAC) extends its congratulations to Arbitrator Kieu Anh Vu – Vice President of MCAC on his appointment to the Panel of Arbitrators of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
